consists in the elaboration and realization of a common strategy
among the local employees of the regions of the arc Western
Mediterranean in subject of information and sensitization
of the populations in comparison to the natural risks. This
project has as objective that to help the citizen of the European
regions of the area MEDOC to know better and to fear the natural
risks to which you/he/she is potentially exposed, and to consider
them in their totality. This will happen thanks to a series
of actions of formation, communication and sensitization simultaneous
and coherent among them, you suits for different types of
public, in base to local context, age and sectors of activity.
The citizens will directly be seen involved in a series of
actions as the means of communication (mass-average, representatives
of the civil society) and the employees to the regulation
of the territory and the civil protection, that will be implicated
in actions of sensitization specifications. The general objective
of this project of cooperation on the natural risks is the
following: Short-term, to define a picture of prevention and
common information in the circle of the European Mediterranean
area, that can quickly adapt in every zone. Medium-term, the
project wants to contribute to make to emerge a culture common
of the most greater natural risks in the implicate Mediterranean
regions. To longer term, it deals with defining durable politics
of regulation of the territories that attribute the same importance
attributed to the economic, social, geographical or historical
data to the factor of risk. The project articulates around
six aces of action: Axle 1: Creation of tools of sensitization
Inspired to the pedagogic methods made a will by numerous
partners of the program in the picture of the respective actions
of sensitization to the floods, these tools will extend him
to all the principals natural risks of the Mediterranean region
(earthquakes, fires of forests, the earth's movements, avalanches,
climatic risks). The tools of sensitization for the prevention
of the natural risks and the regulation of the territory will
be composed from the following elements: a role-playing or
game of the parts, a CD ROM multimediale, an exposure itinerante
and a series of complementary publications. Axle 2: Formation
The principal objective is that to spread a culture of prevention
of the natural risks in an interdisciplinary perspective.
This formation will be turned to different types of public:
the advisers elected by the territorial corporate body, professionals
and technicians of the planning and the regulation of the
territory, employed of the civil society, educators, professionals
of the sector of the tourism and young people. The actions
of formation will lean on the tools of sensitization examined
in the axle 1 and you/they will be structured inside the different
regions participants in seminars, laboratories or other methods
of intervention to define. To the beginning of the program
a method of formation will be elaborated common to all the
regions participants. Axle 3: I support The objective to the
civic actions it is that to involve in more active way the
citizens in the actions of prevention of the risks and regulation
of the territory. It deals with working with different social
and civic organizations that represent the citizens (local
associations, neighbors' associations, of residents, of protection
of the medioambiente, etc.). This axle is composed from various
phases: the identification of the groups of citizens to level
of small of geographical identity that voluntarily hocks him
to mitigate the risks in his/her own territory and the support
to strengthen and to spread these norms. The constitution
of a net of exchange among these zones in subject of sensitization,
organization of the activities ludiche of sensitization of
the citizens. Axle 4: The campuses are laboratories of international
circle, with character multidisciplinare and of long duration,
through which the participants put to comparison his/her own
experiences and reflections on a problem list of base related
to the prevention of the natural risks. These reunions constitute
an opportunity of exchange, of evaluation of the procedures
and transfer of the know-how among the protagonists euromediterranei
for the prevention of the natural risks. They will organize
two campuses in two of the regions that participate in the
project. The campuses will be open to university and experienced
in the field of the risks, and you/he/she will be directed
to chosen advisers, to representatives of administrations
or local bodies, students, etc. puts her in work of such campus
will be organized in two phases: the definition of the operational
methodology of the campuses and the realization of the two
campuses. Axle 5: Realization of a system of information perished
city and the mass-media this axle consists in a program of
sensitization and support to the half of information: specialized

responsible of the communication of the local bodies or administrations.

and animation of the web www.rinamed.net and the animation
of a " international Hole of agents of the communication."
Axle 6: Strategy of evaluation This consists of appraising
the impact of the project RINAMED beginning from an investigation
on the perception of the risks in different groups of the
population of the implicated territories. In this picture,
different actions will be realized: investigation of meaningful
indicators on the perception of the risks, elaboration of
a questionnaire for the identification of the groups target,
realization and analysis of the investigation. How complement
of these six aces, two transversal operations will be developed,
necessary to satisfy the objectives of cooperation interregionale:
A permanent trial of evaluation of the results, coinvolgente
all the involved regions and the semestral publication of
a bulletin RINAMED. Animation of the net of partners, with
which to be able to compare with regularity the results and
the methods among the different partners. Without doubt a
